Regulatory Requirements:
HDPE Film grade F52H04 shall meet the requirements stipulated in IS 10146:1982 on ‘Specification of Polyethylene for safe use in contact with Foodstuff, Pharmaceutical & Drinking water’. The grade and Additives incorporated in this grade shall meet the positive list of constituents as prescribed in IS 10141:1982. The Grade and the additives incorporated in it shall also comply with the FDA: CFR Title 21,177.1520, Olefin Polymers.
Storage & Handling:
Prevent Polyethylene Material from direct exposure to sunlight & heat to avoid quality deterioration. The storage location should be dry, dust free and the Storage temperature should not exceed 50 oC. Non – compliance to these precautionary measures can lead to degradation of the product causing Color changes, Odor & inadequate product performance.

Application: F55HM0003/F55HM0003N is a blown film high-density polyethylene grade of high molecular weight, possessing bi-modal molecular weight distribution for better processability with excellent mechanical properties. The combination of high strength and excellent draw downability makes F55HM0003/F55HM0003N an ideal material for thin gauge film applications. It is recommended for film applications like, carry bags, shopping bags, trash bags, grocery bags industrial liners etc.

High-Density Polyethylene for Blown Film Extrusion
Application: E45A003 is recommended to use in blend with LD/LLDPE in blown film extrusion for producing co-extruded laminated/ non laminated films for various applications. It has excellent processability with moderate stiffness.

E52A003 / E52A003N
High Density Polyethylene for Pipe/Film Extrusion
Application: E52A003/E52A003N is recommended for pipe application like potable water, sprinkler, effluent and waste water systems, cable duct meeting the hydrostatic strength requirements as per IS 4984- 2016 for PE-63 material. The material conforms to natural resin designation PE EAN-C50 T-012 of IS: 7328-1992 and shall meet the same given in IS 4984:2016.
